this luxury, scenic 75 – meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort. The Resort is a complex of three modern buildings, referring to the style of traditional highland architecture. Segments have four floors and an underground garage, which can be reached by elevator directly from the each floor.

The apartment sounds great, panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains, including the majestic Giewont – at your fingertips and a beautiful view of the range of Gubałówka, Butorowy Wierch and Szymoszkowa, where you can find one of today’s most popular ski slopes in Zakopane, located in front of the complex (approx. 60m – distance possible to go in ski boots).

On the surface of 75 square meters there are living room with kitchenette, two separate, lockable bedrooms, hall and a bathroom. In the living room leather sofa, with adjustable headrests, convertible with sleeping for two persons, TV and dining area – table and six chairs. The living room has a home theater system: 70-inch Samsung TV, Samsung Blu-ray, soundbar. From the living room direct exit to the balcony, which offers a magnificent view of Tatra Mountains.

You can sit and relax in 2 techno-rattan armchairs and enjoy the view from the balcony. Numerous large windows that will allow you to admire the majestic panorama of our beautiful Tatra.

The whole mood of living room is complemented by electric, large open fireplace.

The kitchenette is equipped with top quality household appliances: Elica, Whirlpool induction hob, large microwave with grill Whirlpool (capacity 45 liters) Whirlpool dishwasher, fridge, induction cooking pots, cutlery, glassware, china.

Dining area – table and six chairs with magnificent view of west part of Tatra Mountains.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. There is comfortable bed 200 x 220, two bedside tables in one of them, with straight view of the Tatra Mountains with Giewont.

In the second one there are two separate beds 100 x 200 without the possibility of connecting, two chests of drawers and 40 inch TV. Here you can find direct, beautiful view of Butorowy, Szymoszkowa and Gubałówka band.

Modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet and a separate bidet, all with high quality installations like HansGrohe, Roca.

The exclusive apartment has been furnished in a modern style maintaining all diligence with a combination of stone, granite and wood preserving its natural fear inspired by the architecture of the region. Wooden floors, large and bright rooms with natural slant and height over 5.0 m, numerous large windows, suspended ceilings, LED lighting make it a whole is spacious and cozy at the same time.

Bedroom 2	Two single beds (100 x 200 – not possible to connect together), two chests of drawers, bedside tables, Samsung 40 inch TV.
Kitchenette	Fully equipped with high quality appliances Whirlpool company – fridge, microwave with grill (45 liters), dishwasher. In addition, high-quality pots for induction, cutlery, glass.
Bathroom	Modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and separate bidet.
Audio / Video	Samsung 70 inch TV, Samsung Blu-ray, soundbar, Samsung 40 inch TV, Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Orientation	South, south-west, north. From the living room direct exit to the balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the Tatra Mountains and majestic Giewont. The same view from the first sleeping room. The second sleeping room offers a magnificent view of Butorowy, Szymoszkowa and Gubałówka band.
Additional information	In addition: ironing board, vacuum cleaner, iron, washer, hair dryer. Deposit 700 PLN charged on arrival and returned upon departure. No pets. Equipped with children´s books, board games for children and adults, chess, checkers, cards. High-quality, embroidered bed sheets, blankets and towels with a logo. The owner offers tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets.
